3 year old dog already trained pooping in house?

I am trying to save my dog from extinction so if anyone can help please do so. This just started. our dog we rescued is pooping in the house! It's just one specific room. We've blocked it off and she's some how managed to get in. The room has no doors. She knows it's bad because she ducks when we return home.
ANY IDEAS??
Answers:
well you could put newspaper down where she usually does the toilet and slowly work your way to the door but remember this does not just take a few minutes to accomplish it will take a few days maybe weeks so keep persisting and when she does do it outside give her lot and lots of praise.I you catch her in the act you should quickly pick her up and take her outside then give her praise when she's outside.I know this could make a bit of a mess picking her up but it would be worth it in the end.
But if it's something that she has just started doing then i suggest that you take her to the vet and get her checked out because she wouldn't start doing that out of the blue.
You can crate train the dog...
take her to the vet and have her checked. if this came out of nowhere and is not normal sometimes there is some medical problem causing the behavior. if the vet check's fine then get a crate and put her in it when you're gone. when she's out and your home allow her access to the room and if she goes in the and tries to poop then tell her no and take her straight outside. wait for her to poop outside and praise her.
crate training, or a stronger block from the room. get a baby gate and put it infront of the door. that way, you guys can get in but she can't
WHAT ROOM IS IT? IS IT IMPORTANT? MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE THAT ROOM JUST SO SHE CAN POOP IN IT. IF NOT, EVERY TIME SHE POOPS OUTSIDE, GIVE HER A TREAT AND EVERYTIME SHE POOPS INSIDE, PUNISH HER, HIT HER ON THEHEAD AND NSAY "NO" THEN SEND HER OUTSIDE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, AND WHEN SHE WANTS TO COME IN, DONT LET HER IN.
a dog marks its territory with its scent, and feces is part of that scent. check out http://dogpsychologycenter.com/... for more information.
By a doggy gate so that she can't get into the room. She may think it's ok to poop there because she smells that she pooped there before. Clean the floor or the carpet with a strong urinary/poop solution to eliminate the smell and block the room off with the doggy gate. Hope this helps!
I have heard of this once before and it was an anxiety issue when the dog was left alone. Of course, best course of action is to have a veterinarian rule out physical causes/illness. There are ways to help your dog become less anxious when she's alone and you can find them on this website, as well as others:
