It's my roomates dog. It's driving me insane. It's not a little puddle, it's a flowing river of piss that floats around the living room.
Saying no and putting him outside isn't working. He just stares at us, all confused.
Is this normal for a 7 month old? My roomate seems to have no problem with this.
Oh and he has plenty of breaks to go outside and pee, usually he does, but about once a week.BOOM!

Have a serious talk with the dog's owner of the issue, and see if something can be done.
yeah it's normal, but when he pees inside, don't feed him and don't pay any attention to him and he might start to think that he did something wrong and put him outside and leave him outside for a few hours and if he keeps doing 'it' get a small part of the newspaper and hit him on the nose, but not hard so he know he did something wrong.
