Another question about my 6month female jack russell?

when they come into season and then bleed is it loadsa blood or a little is there anything i can get for her that stops it going anywhere
Answers:
It depends on the dog, they're all different, but it's usually just a few drops.
There are doggie diapers for just this purpose. Get them at petstores.
I know you don't want to hear it, but spaying her really is the best thing for her.
She will be happy, healthy, and a better pet.
Too many JRT are killed in shelters.
The SPCA and animal control can help you pay if that's an issue.
DON'T BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE!
geta a doggie diaper. they make em.
They make doggy diaper like things that you can get at a local petshop for her spoting. Honestly with smaller breed dogs they don't bleed very much and you might not even notice it. But if you do the dogyy diaper pads work pretty good. At least I've heard that they do. Good luck
doggy diper but some times dogs dont do in heat my chow did not so you might be lucky
honestly,, you will hardly notice it
SHE WILL NOT BLEED A LOT BUT MAY SPOT ON YOUR FURNITURE .
It depends on the dog. At their first season, they tend to be a little more messy as they haven't quite got the hang of cleaning themselves. The discharge is heaviest for the 1st 10 days, then it becomes lighter %26 paler in colour. This is when she is at her most receptive to males. After that, there is a further week or so when she may still mate. There is not that much of a discharge, please don't put her in "diapers" or she'll never learn to clean herself.
jack russels are small and going into season shouldnt be too much of a mess but i have a small dog a dachund and when she is in season i notice all right especialy on the furniture and floors !! i would defenetly recommend doggy diaper pants ,u can buy them on line , but its all part of nature so dont worry about it
hope that helps
dont use diapers.its cruel and unnatural.your dogs instincts will kick in and she will learn to clean herself.i had a big dog and u got the odd mess but that is the point of having a dog to care for it not just stick it in diapers so there wont be any mess, whats the point of having dogs if ya cant be bothered to look after them.i hope u the make the right decision for ur dog and not for u.
Untill we had our 4yr old bi tch spayed 4 months ago we used bit ch knickers on her. They come with a little pad inside which you can replace, but we found it cheaper and easier just to use toilet paper instead. They are sold in all good pet shops.
